Blueberry Banana Ice Lollies
2 yogurt tubs (1 blueberry & 1 vanilla)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup honey
- Combine all ingredients into a blender.
- Pour mixture into the moulds, and make sure to leave 0.5cm space from the top.
- Freeze!
All i need now is some bananas and berries!

As one knows and if not through the constant re-blogs, a way to a fit body is 20% exercise and 80% diet. This to me is the hard part since I absolutely love to eat! So I am always looking for new things to try as long as they don’t seem too crazy. Hence once night I was watching ClothesEncouter, a beauty youtuber whom I highly recommend, discuss some of the methods she implemented to loose weight. One being an Iphone app called The Eatery.
Basically you snap photos of the foods you eat and upload them. People then rate your meal choices. Its also a way for you to actually see the type of food you eat, which may be surprising. My friend downloaded the app and she told me how the people are very critical eg a bottle of water rated on avg of 80-90pts. It also help her notice that she ended up eating a lot of cookies and carbs during this week. In a way it kind of guilt you into eating healthier since you know there are people who are judging/looking at what you eat.
I however have an android phone so the app is unavailable to me. Instead I have decided to post pictures of my meals here on tumblr. I’ll try to do it twice a week or at the very least once a week. Hopefully fit-tumblrs will help me to keep on track
