Quinoa Bugers! They are actually really delicious. I posted the actual recipe a couple of enteries back. I did not follow it exactly since I basically eyeballed everything and adjust where necessary. I also forgot to add in the flour to help as a binder but it still turned out really well. You can prep these a head of time and freeze them and use when necessay. I think for my future burgers I’m going to add in some veggies ( I didn’t for this batch since I had none at home). Also I’m going to cut down on the oil I use since I use a non-stick skillet and there is cheese in the burger which has a bit of oil.
TL;DR - These were delicious and super easy to make!
